Can't go wrong with Costa. Lovely coffee and hot chocolate for those with a sweet tooth. Nice inside, it feels quite cosy when it's cold and raining outside.

Always receive excellent, friendly service at this Pool branch but please could I make a request 😳 please could the staff not serve the latte coffees holding the top of the glass with their fingers? 😳 I’m sure hands are scrupulously clean but …🦠🦠🦠🙏🙏

Never use the drive in so the wait inside is always a little longer, but well worth it. Staff are always friendly. Coffee is always tasty. The cakes are usually fresh and tasty. OK Costa is not a cheap cup of coffee but it is very nice and the guys at Pool make it a great place to drink it.

I used drive thru, so cannot comment on atmosphere and I did not buy food as everything contains gluten. It was a bit of a wait, but they were very obviously busy. Really tasty coffee and cream frapè, good service, friendly girl on the window.

- Only caters to vegans and dairy intolerances as far as dietary restrictions go. One day gluten will be taken care of, I'm sure. We're only a small percentage of the population, so I totally understand. One day, you never know!

Great drinks, love the girl with the split dye hair (she said she listens to melanie martinez too). Very clean and spacious cafe, nice staff and everyone overall 5/5 stars!

Visit every time we come down to Cornwall to see my parents in Illogan. It's always been clean and tidy. The staff even though seem to change, are polite. Far amount of seating inside and out.

I was served by a lovely young lady called Iris this morning. She had a welcoming smile and it was a pleasure to be served my regular order by her. Professional, warm & welcoming....just what you need on a cool, mid grey Sunday morning. I hope those in the upper echelons at Costa head office appreciate you Iris. You made my day.

Whenever I go it's always busy and they are always polite, the coffee is excellent here. Inside it clean and tables were being cleaned when people were leaving. Easy access to the toilets for wheelchairs or prams. Plenty and outside seating if you have a dog with you.
Drive through can be very busy as very handy place but to get in is a long way round as you drive past it then down hill and back up. Be patient as the drive is worth it as being popular they do get you served quickly. You can go inside which may be a bit quicker. Nicely looked after and toilets working not like Penzance
I had a senior moment and left my handbag behind today. Went back after about 10 minutes fearing the worst but a lovely member of staff had put it somewhere safe for me. Thank you so much.

Really good place. If you know the area you will around know about it. Really good drinks and it's got drive tho service is. Like this at the moment it's ideal just to stop relax in the car park with a hot chocolate, or a salted caramel frostino witch I'm really liking at the moment. If you use your Costa card you can build up your points really quickly it's ideal if you won't one tomorrow.
Great coffee and good staff at this venue. Been a few times while here on holiday and very comfortable.

Went for a sneaky hot choc, in peace and quiet went through the drive thru. A small que in front but was dealt with quickly had the kitkat hot choc, miss the Ruby hot choc wish they would bring it back
